Please could you provide my under a Freedom of Information Request the following information for the dates from 09.00 on 19.04.2022- 12 midnight 24.04.2022 The number of times TFL website was not working The duration of website non functionality on each of these occasions

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 13 May 2022 asking for information about the number of occasions and duration of website down or not functioning.

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require.

The TfL website was accessible 100% of the time within the date range specified.

Our Digital team raises and records incidents where loss of website functionality impacts customers. There were no website related incidents within the timeframe.
