ULEZ and pollution figures from ULEZ 2019 to current day

Can you send the actual figures for the achievement records and lives saved its successes of the ULEZ extension. This should include all of the following boroughs from introduction since 2019 to the 26th May 2024.
Full disclosure, I have checked GLA publication scheme and the precise improvement figures that have been achieved are not shared within the Sustainability or any other current policy documents or third party websites.
1.Can you supply the documents that share the promotion and encouragement MTS where it allows and agrees that Londoners are to be able, to switch to more sustainable forms of travel.
Please include all documents that refer to the levels and assistance with compliance for diversity to residents within the areas of the expansion and inclusion for safety of those affected Include a list of all mitigations, and eligible requirements, as these also seem to be omitted from all results. and currently discriminate against older generation.
2. Please release the information that clearly stated The difference in the emissions by nitrogen oxides (NOx) (NO2) (PM2.5) from previous years to date. 2019 to 2024 April.
2a) What are the results and outcomes that were used to affect and decide the full increase and the expansion
Kent Surrey Hertfordshire Middlesex.
3. Can you also provide proof not estimates from 2019 with legal documents for the levels of concentration that decreased the levels of change in the ozone and environment as a result of ULEZ success (ENV02)
4. The figures that must not be exceeded, to be included in Central and outer London not as percentages but levels of measurement as guided by AURN with the statistics in real time for improvements for all vehicles as outlined in your surveys by Jacobs.
I wish to see the documents from the Consultation as a member of the public. Please do not send, encrypted links, my request is for all responses to be sent in an open document format. Include all figures from improvements to the rates of pollution lowered for the rest of the UK since ULEZ introduced in 2019.
5. I would also like to view the public consultation for Regulation 63stages 1and 2 within the full reports from Jacobs.
The GLA commissioned Imperial College London stated that diseases would impact the health up to years 2050
6. Please include the mitigation documents regarding signage with the processes that was agreed by the named authority regarding the expansion and the subsequent banning of all vehicles that do not comply to Euro V1 (6) powered by diesel or petrol engines,
7. also include the documents from 2001 for the new system of car tax for diesel cars.
8. I would like to enforce my rights of access to the documents and information held of by TFL and Government Departments and public authorities under Environmental Regulations.

Thank you for your request received on 26 April 2024 asking for information about the Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ).
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Information Regulations (EIR) and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold some of the information you require. You asked:

The changes in air quality emissions in Greater London between 2019 and 2023, which is the most recent available data, for NO2 and PM2.5 is reported in the ‘Air Quality in London 2016-2024’ report. Please refer to pages 46-60 of the report for the requested information.

Please clarify what information is being requested. Please note that changes in ozone levels are not assessed as part of ULEZ monitoring reports.

Please note the Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs (DEFRA) is responsible for the collection and reporting of national level data on air quality.

Please clarify what information is being requested. Please note that the Mayor does not have the legal power to ban any vehicles over any area for the purposes of improving air quality and the ULEZ does not ban any vehicle type from entering the zone. The ULEZ standards are Euro 6 for diesel vehicles and Euro 4 for petrol vehicles. Vehicles not meeting those standards may be liable for a daily ULEZ charge if they are not subject to a 100% discount or exemption.

We do not hold this information. Vehicle taxation is controlled and administered by the national government (DVLA).
