Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 12th May 2022 asking for information about a bus stop outside Brixton station (I understand that this is the stop for bus routes 2, 3, 196, 415 and 432 going towards Streatham).

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. 

Specifically you asked:

“Can I have an update on when the bus stop re opens please - it’s May 2022. One of the poorest decisions ever - and still not solved . How many pple have to complain for you to do sth about it ?!
I have requested Freedom of information 2000 I’d like the information regarding the bus stop closure and the person’s responsible name.”

I can confirm that we hold the information you require. The bus stop outside Brixton station will re-open on the 21st June 2022. There is no single individual responsible for such decisions - rather, we have a buses team in our Surface Transport directorate headed by the Director of Bus Operations, Louise Cheeseman.
