TfL Ref: FOI-0318-2122
Thank you for your request of 12th May 2021 asking for information about the consultation for the proposed 456 bus route in Enfield.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
Specifically you asked:
“Please provide the list of addresses contacted for consultation for the proposed 456 bus route in Enfield. Names and contacts can obviously be redacted. I require proof of whether all premises on the route were contacted either via email or by post.” TfL does not hold a list of postal addresses for the consultation. The mailing process is contracted out to a third party and they are responsible for the letter drop in an area defined by TfL. The attached maps show the areas that were covered by posted letters. Outside of these areas the consultation was covered by bus stop notices and email notifications, based on the postcodes of the areas and users of the route affected (we use email addresses from everyone who either has a registered oyster card in the areas affected or those that have requested that we contact them with updates about any service they use locally).
If this is not the information you are looking for, or if you are unable to access it for any reason, please do not hesitate to contact me.
