West Hampstead interchange
Request ID: FOI-0317-1920
Date published: 20 May 2019
You asked
How many people interchange per day at all of the three West Hampstead stations (underground, Overground, and Thameslink) to either switch stations or catch a bus?
Preferably, please break down this information as to which particular interchange was made i.e. Underground to Overground, Thameslink to southbound bus etc.
This request is to ascertain the amount of people switching stations/bus and thereby crossing the road, further negatively affecting congestion, and whether this may make the construction of a new interchange tunnel financially worthwhile.
