Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.  I can confirm that we hold the information you require.  You asked: 

I am working on a project for a global automotive company based around road safety for cyclists, and was wondering if you were able to help me find any stats concerning cycling incidents on the road in 2016. Specifically, we are looking for stats about incidents caused by car-dooring (cyclists hit by vehicles opening their doors hazardously on the road).
I was wondering if you had any relevant statistics which may be of help to us?

The Road Traffic collision data for 2016 is still being finalised, so the full data for 2016 will not be available until later this year.

2015 data is available in the ‘Collisions and casualties on London’s roads: Annual report 2015’. Page 12-13 give data on pedal cyclists conflict analysis including dooring incidents (table attached).
