Hello,I would like to officially see the results under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. Unfortunately, I am disappointed with the outcome. By way of yet another example today (22-Apr-24), the bus driver failed to stop at bus stop - BJ at 07.15am as it was full. The next bus arrival time was 20 mins thereafter. By the time passengers actually made it to Canons Park Station, it was almost 8am. This is ridiculous and needs to be remediated. I would urge you to speak to the bus drivers and ask them to stop the bus to let passengers on, knowing that at Canons Park, over half the passengers disembark, meaning the bus is operating under the controlled number of passengers?
