Canary Wharf injunction
Request ID: FOI-0306-1819

You asked
The Canary Wharf estate has made injunctions against certain well known urban explorers. This includes Ally Law, Alex Farrell and Rikke Brewer. As well as this they claim they that they have an injunction against "persons unknown" and claiming that any unnamed person they ban from the estate becomes an attempt of court for them to return.
My questions to TFL are...
1. Does the Canary Wharf estate have the power of banning people (and putting injunctions against people) from being a passenger in a DLR train passing through the estate.
2. Does the Canary Wharf estate have the power of banning people (and putting injunctions against people) from being a passenger in a bus passing through the estate.
3. Does the Canary Wharf estate have the power of banning people (and putting injunctions against people) from standing on the platforms at Canary Wharf DLR and Heron Quays DLR stations.
4. Does the Canary Wharf estate have the power of banning people (and putting injunctions against people) from standing in the platforms and ticket hall of the Canary Wharf Jubilee line station and crossrail station.
5. If any of the answers to the previous questions are anything other than "no" then I would like to ask TFL how they can justify how that a private company has control over TFL and control over passengers travelling across London that have nothing to do with the Canary Wharf Estate.
