As a frequent user of 145 and 366 TfL Bus Route and a resident from The Drive, Ilford, London I make request for information.
From 1st January 2022 to date. Please provide the number of customer complaints recieved by TfL from public on entire route 145 and 366. The complaints recieved where public used the TfL complaints from the website.
Please list number of complaints by months for each route. I am happy for this information be supplied in spreadsheet format.
