Specifically you asked: “I just wanted to request some bus footage from a accident I had on the xx Jan 2021. This will be used for proof to my insurer for my claim. I have the registration of the bus involved which was SN12EHH and my car reg which is xxxxxx.” I am afraid that TfL does not hold the requested information. London's bus services are operated by private bus companies on behalf of TfL. CCTV on London buses is the responsibility of the company that runs that particular service or route, and any recorded footage is held by those companies rather than TfL. If you require access to CCTV footage from a bus you should contact the company who operates that particular route.
