You asked
I have the following questions about the postage of postal Penalty Charge Notices issued by TFL.
1) Does someone from TFL take these to a post office, or has TFL arranged for Royal Mail to collect these from your offices?
2) If someone takes them to a post office, which post office was used for these purposes on Saturday 25 March 2023?
3) If Royal Mail picks them up, was there a Royal Mail collection on Saturday 25 March 2023?
4) How many letters were posted at a post officer or collected by Royal Mail on Saturday 25 March 2023?
4) If TFL has arranged for Royal Mail to collect outgoing post, is mail routinely picked up on Saturdays, or is it normally just Monday to Friday? If so, was Saturday 25 March 2023 an exception?
