Hello, Can you please supply a current and up-to-date list of toilets available to customers on the Tfl network?

We answered

TfL Ref 0296-2021/22 Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 10 May 2021 asking for information about customer toilets on the TfL network. Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold the information you require. You asked: Can you please supply a current and up-to-date list of toilets available to customers on the Tfl network? The most up to date and detailed information we hold about the toilets across our network which are available to customers (including baby changing facilities), is available on our website using the following link: https://content.tfl.gov.uk/toilets-map.pdf. This information was last updated in December 2020 and shows public toilets at London Underground, London Overground, TfL Rail, London Trams, bus, Thameslink and major rail stations. It also contains details of some toilets which are located in or very near our stations but which are managed by third parties. In accordance with section 21 of the FOI Act, we are not obliged to supply you with a copy of the requested information as it is already accessible to you elsewhere. There is some further information about station facilities on our website on the individual station information pages: https://tfl.gov.uk/travel-information/stations-stops-and-piers/ and also some general information about public toilets in London here: https://tfl.gov.uk/help-and-contact/public-toilets-in-london We are aware that there may be other information about toilets that would be useful to customers, such as if they are only open at certain times of day and we are investigating options for making this available to customers. If you are considering submitting a further FOI request please think carefully about whether the request is essential at this current time, as answering FOI requests will require the use of limited resources and the attention of staff who could be supporting other essential activity.
