You asked for:

  1. What is the monetised value of exempting ‘black cabs’ from the i) congestion charge and the ii) ULEZ charge;

We do not hold this information.

  1. What reduction in emissions would there be if the exemptions at 1.i and 1.ii did not apply;

We have estimated that the impact of removing the ULEZ exemption for black cabs would be up to 5% reduction in taxi emissions.

  1. Of the emissions created by vehicular traffic in the London congestion charge/ ULEZ, how much is attributable black cabs and how much to other traffic;

The London Atmospheric Emissions Inventory (LAEI) 2016 indicates that in 2016 for traffic in the ULEZ area, black cabs contributed 21% of NOx, 26% of PM10, and 33% of PM2.5. The LAEI can be found at https://data.london.gov.uk/dataset/london-atmospheric-emissions-inventory--laei--2016

  1. What is the monetised value of allowing black cabs to use otherwise restricted bus lanes;

We not hold this information.
