Thank you for your email received by us on 29 April 2019 asking for information about disaggregated traffic flow and hourly speed data for Marylebone Road, central London.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Information Regulations (EIR)] and our information access policy. You asked for:

disaggregated traffic flow and speed data by hour on Marylebone Road in the vicinity of the air quality monitoring station (between Luxborough Street and Baker Street) for the years 2011 to 2018. This should be broken down by vehicle type, as a minimum as light duty and heavy duty vehicles, but preferably in more detail (vehicle length, axle number, weight or other metric).

Unfortunately we do not hold the information you have requested as the Automatic Traffic Counters (ATCs) we use for continuous traffic monitoring do not record this data in the format requested.
