I would like to obtain a copy (preferably as PDF) of what was previously known as ‘A COMPLETE staff guide to ticketing on London’s Buses’ but may now have changed names.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 27 April 2023 asking for information about a ticketing guide.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. You asked for:
a copy (preferably as PDF) of what was previously known as ‘A COMPLETE staff guide to ticketing on London’s Buses’ but may now have changed names.
We can advise that this particular guide was last issued in 2011, and hence is very much out of date given the numerous changes that have since taken place. This publication has been superseded by the expanded ticketing section of the Big Red Book, which is produced for London’s bus drivers. Please find attached a copy of the 2019 edition of the Big Red Bus Guide, which is the latest edition available,
