Please could you also provide any additional information regarding why trains may not have ran to schedule during that period.

I can advise that there was one incident recorded between 08:30–10:30 on 22 November 2018 due to a faulty train on the track. This incident occurred at 08:40 in the morning and led to the Waterloo and City line service being reformed due to late running.
