You asked

I today would request TFL-PCO to kindly provide me with the following answers within the next 10 working days. 1) As per the freedom of information act can you conform how many times the metropolitan police have stoped vehicles in motion on behalf of TfL - PCO from 2015- to present. 2) section 160-163 of the ROAD Traffic act of 1988 allows the police to stop my vehicle while in motion without any reason the powers in law are for the police only. Can TfL PCO provide me with the details of the specific law which allows the police to stop my vehicle in motion on Behalf of TFL PCO inspectors ?
