Could you provide me with a copy of your organisations Freedom of Information/Environmental Information Request policy and procedure?
Do you publish your responses to FOI/EIR requests?
How many FOI/EIR requests did you receive in each month last year? (either from January – December, or April – March is fine)
What percentage of FOI/EIR requests do you reply to ‘in time’? (within the 20 day time limit)
What team manages your FOI process? (for example: Legal, Media, Governance, etc.)
How many FOI officers, or equivalent role, do you have? (staff members specifically working on FOI responses/process)
What management system do you use to record FOI/EIR requests? (for example: Salesforce, Pentana, Civica etc.)

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 5 May 2022 asking for information about Crossrail Freedom of Information requests.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require.
The following information includes Crossrail (and all other TfL subsidiaries) which are all handled by TfL’s Freedom of Information team – we do not have a separate process, procedure or reporting for them.
Could you provide me with a copy of your organisations Freedom of Information/Environmental Information Request policy and procedure? Our information access policy is attached.
How many FOI/EIR requests did you receive in each month last year? (either from January – December, or April – March is fine) A breakdown by each four weekly reporting period for 21/22 is as follows:
What team manages your FOI process? (for example: Legal, Media, Governance, etc.) All FOI requests submitted to TfL or any of its subsidiaries are managed by the FOI Case Management Team which sits within Information Governance, General Counsel.
How many FOI officers, or equivalent role, do you have? (staff members specifically working on FOI responses/process) The FOI Case Management Team currently comprises of the following: 1x Information Access Manager 1x Principal Information Access Adviser 1x Senior FOI Case Officer 5x FOI Case Officer
What management system do you use to record FOI/EIR requests? (for example: Salesforce, Pentana, Civica etc.) Sharepoint Online
