Thank you for your request received by us on 9 May 2022 asking for route 470 speed data along Furness Road between 2 and 6 May 2022.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold some of the information you require.
The data we have provided covers the period between 3 and 6 May 2022. That’s because there is no route 470 data available on 2 May 2022 as the route does not operate on Bank Holidays.
The attached data demonstrations bus speed recordings every few seconds and shows one bus journey on each day. The speed records are presented as dots on the map. Each dot is colour coded - grey (1-15 mph), green (16-20 mph), yellow (21-25 mph) and orange (26-30 mph).
