You asked
who are the new Conservative members of TfL’s board? As in, the new Conservative board members who have been installed as a condition of the governments recent bailout of TfL.

Thank you for your request received on 23 May 2020 asking for information about the Government’s funding agreement for TfL.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act our information access policy. We do not hold the information requested.
The requirement to have two ‘Special Representatives’ attend TfL Board meetings is described in the Funding Agreement (see page 67):

We do not hold any other information on who will occupy these posts.
