Thank you very much for sending me the data. Is there any way that I could have more granular information (in respect to time) about underground usage? If Transport for London can only provide daily data for underground usage for historic data, is it possible to obtain hourly data or even 15 minutes data using TFL API?

Thank you for your email received by us on 8 May 2017 asking for information about London Underground passenger usage.

 

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our Information Access Policy. You asked for:

 

Is there any way that I could have more granular information (in respect to time) about underground usage? If Transport for London can only provide daily data for underground usage for historic data, is it possible to obtain hourly data or even 15 minutes data using TFL API?

 

We have already provided you with the data we have available. As previously advised, our Passenger demand team do provide more granular data of a ‘typical day’ but not particular times as you requested.
