You asked
I am interested in using the tickets produced from the ticket stands for an upcoming project but it would be useful to understand what type of paper the tickets are printed on so as to extend the longevity of the collage as long as possible.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 2 May 2018 asking for information about Santander Cycles.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require.
The paper that is used in the terminal is the Appleton Resiste 600-3.3 paper. The printing paper is top coated and back coated with protective barrier for excellent handling and resistance. The coating prevents the paper from curling due to the humidity. Once the paper has been imaged, Appleton Papers expects the image will remain legible for at least twenty years, assuming the documents are properly stored with compatible materials under normal filing conditions, with a relative humidity between 45 percent and 65 percent, as well as a temperature below 25°C.
Each printing paper roll has the following dimensions:
o Length: 1,000 feet (weight: 1.4 kg)
o Width: 58 mm
o Core diameter: 50 mm
o Roll diameter: 190 mm
