I would like to make a request under FOI on the above Private Operator Licence no _____.
I would like to know if the above operator is still licenced to operator under Private operator licence and if not than since when was the licence revoked .
The reason for my request is that I tried to search the licence on tfl website but was unable to get a result but at the same time the operator is freely operating from the outside the registered premises which he was registered in the past. which was ______
I would appreciate and earliest response in this matter.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 28 April 2022 asking for information about a Private Hire licence.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require.
I can confirm that this operator is licenced. On our online licence checker PHV Operator licenses often have leading zeros in the licence number.
If a ‘wildcard’ star us inserted before the licence number i.e. *1036, as the website recommends, the licence comes up. We can also confirm that the address provided and this is the correct address for the operator.
TfL cannot comment on your subsequent question about business premises. Our role is to assess the fitness of operating centres and where deemed fit and proper, the centre is added to the operator’s licence via the process of a variation. The active centres are displayed on the licence issued to the operator (who displays it in the office) and also available on our Licence Checker. This active, safety related information is made publicly available for safety purposes.
