Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 22nd April 2024 asking for information about bus route 31.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. 

Specifically you asked:

“Is 31 bus route  getting withdrawn please give me the data when it is”.

I can confirm that we hold the information you require.

TfL has no current plans to withdraw bus route 31. This route was included in the 2022 Central London Bus Review (see here: https://haveyoursay.tfl.gov.uk/busreview) but we subsequently announced on 23rd November 2022 that we were not proceeding with the proposal (see page 6 here: https://haveyoursay.tfl.gov.uk/15359/widgets/58597/documents/34493).
