contract delivered to the Transport for London network.
• Scope of the services included
• Name of the incumbent supplier
• The core start dates and end dates of the contract

• If any extension has been agreed with the incumbent supplier and when the agreed end date is
• The annual value of the contract
• The procurement time frame for when this contract/s will next be let and which method will be used (e.g. which framework will be used).

Thank you for your request of 5th May 2021 asking for information about TfL’s security and reception services contract.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
I can confirm that we hold some of the information you require. Your questions are answered in turn below.
Question 1: Scope of the services included?
Answer: The scope of the services is: the management and provision of static and mobile guarding, security control room services and reception services at underground depots; trackside accommodation; operational accommodation; offices; bus stations; workshops; training centres; stores; associated public spaces and shopping mall areas and museums.
Question 2: Name of the incumbent supplier?
Answer: Mite FM Ltd
Question 3: The core start dates and end dates of the contract ?
Answer: Start date 8 June 2017 expiry date 24 June 2022.
Question 4: The optional extension periods of the contract?
Answer: Optional extension period of up to 3 years.
Question 5: If any extension has been agreed with the incumbent supplier and when the agreed end date is?
Answer: At present no decision has been made as to extending or renegotiating the contract and there is no current timeframe on when this will be agreed.
Question 6: The annual value of the contract?
Answer: £20.6m (2020/21).
Question 7: The procurement time frame for when this contract/s will next be let and which method will be used (e.g. which framework will be used).
Answer: No decision has been made yet and hence we cannot confirm the timeframe or method/framework to be used.
