I would like to submit a freedom of information request to find out how many vehicles drive through the congestion zone each day. I would like this to include all vehicles; cars, motorbikes, taxis, busses and to find out either a daily average or on the busiest month and the quietest month of the year. I would like to find out this information for 2018.
