Please can you list the number of and the identification of the platforms for each of the 41 Crossrail stations that a Crossrail train may stop at. eg Liverpool Street, Platform 2 and Platform 3

Please find attached a table which lists the 41 Elizabeth line stations with platforms identification for both normal and disrupted use.
