I am looking for information on all respiratory illnesses absences, other than covid 19, logged by London underground staff over the last 5 years please.

Thank you for your request which we received on 24 April 2023, asking about respiratory illness related absences.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold the information you require. You specifically asked:
I am looking for information on all respiratory illnesses absences, other than covid 19, logged by London underground staff over the last 5 years please.
Please find the requested information attached.
The first spreadsheet shows the number of employees and days of absence for each period in the last five years.
The second spreadsheet provides information on all the types of respiratory illnesses that we have included in our reporting system. However, there was no instance of the respiratory diseases highlighted yellow in the report.
The data covers all LU staffs as requested; operational and office based.
