Thank you for your request received on 23 April 2019 asking for information about the Healthy Streets Programme.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we do hold the information you require.

No funding from Oxford Street was reallocated to the Rotherhithe to Canary Wharf crossing. Money that was previously allocated to Oxford Street was re-allocated to help accelerate a number of local cycling schemes across London designed to create safer, healthier and less polluted streets. These include new high-quality cycle routes in Greenwich, Hackney and Hounslow.

The 2018 Business Plan sets out TfL’s plans for the five years from 2019/20 to 2023/24.  The Rotherhithe to Canary Wharf crossing was allocated £332.98m from 2019/20 to 2023/24 as part of this Business Plan.
