I hereby make a FOI request for the following information: 1. Please provide the salary (range(s) or spot rate) for the below positions on London Underground station grades: Customer Service Manager 1 (CSM) Customer Service Manager 2 Customer Service Manager 3 Customer Service Supervisor 1 (CSS) Customer Service Supervisor 2 Customer Service Assistant 1 (CSA) Customer Service Assistant 2 Please note the above pay rates must include the recent 2019-2023 pay deal agreed in March 2020. 2. Please provide the job descriptions for each of the above grades (CSM, CSS and CSA).
