Please respond with a list of cause codes for lost mileage coding by operators. Eg. RND - Radio Non Deductible etc.

The table below lists the cause codes we use for lost mileage coding by bus operators. The example you mention of RND may be something that your operator uses for its internal purposes. As you may be aware, we publish different categories of list mileage on our website once these have been verified and finalised. We only use the mileage cause codes in our internal dealings with operating companies. The ‘OD’ or Other Deductible default codes are used when the missing part of a trip is first generated by our bus tracking system called iBus. The bus operators then explore this and use the other codes to accurately reflect the cause of lost mileage.
