Following recent tender announcements I would like to enquire whether RATP Dev London are currently banned from submitting tenders to operate TfL contracted bus routes.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. 

Specifically you asked:

“Following recent tender announcements I would like to enquire whether RATP Dev London are currently banned from submitting tenders to operate TfL contracted bus routes.”
