Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.  I can confirm we hold some of the information you require. You asked for:

We are looking for number of transport warrants / liability orders issued by TFL for that were passed to bailiff companies. Please can we get this data for 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017. By transport warrants we refer to non payment of parking fines, congestion charge, etc)

We can only provide information relating to Penalty Charge Notices issued since 1 April 2016. This is because, as a result of our move to a new enforcement processing system in 2016, we do not hold data prior to this date.

Between 1 April and 31 December 2016, we issued 184,831 warrants to our contracted Enforcement Agencies.

In 2017, we issued 246,389 warrants to our contracted Enforcement Agencies.
