Good Afternoon,
On Saturday 24th April at approximately 16:55, I was involved in a car accident with a Metroline vehicle from Willesden Junction Bus Garage.
The vehicle registration number of the bus is LK65 EAY. I would like to request the CCTV footage from all of the bus’s internal and external cameras that may have captured the accident. I have contacted the bus garage and they have provided a phone number for a company that doesn’t deal with CCTV requests.
If further information is required I am happy to provide this.

Thank you for your email which we received on 30 April 2021 asking for CCTV footage.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy.
Unfortunately we do not hold the information you have requested. London’s bus services are operated by individual bus companies on behalf of TfL. Any CCTV on London buses is the responsibility of the company that runs that particular service or route. You should contact the company who operates that particular bus route, in this case Metroline. Their contact information is available on our Who runs your bus page.
Please note the footage you are after may have been over written if the footage was not requested at the time. However if the police were involved at the time of the incident, there is a better chance it would have been kept by the bus operator.
