Please provide all dates and minutes from these Croxted Road meetings between Helen Hayes, TfL, Lambeth and Southwark
We answered
TfL Ref: EIR-0207-2425
Thank you for your further request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 16th April 2024 asking for information about the Dulwich Low Traffic Neighbourhood.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Information Regulations (EIR) and our information access policy.
Specifically you asked the following, further to case reference EIR-4718-2425:
“Please provide all dates and minutes from these Croxted Road meetings between Helen Hayes, TfL, Lambeth and Southwark”.
I can confirm that we hold some the information you require.
Colleagues have searched their records and we can confirm that meetings took place on the following dates:
23 June 2021 22 July 2021 19 November 2021 20 May 2022 21 July 2022
We are also aware of two meetings that were organised by Southwark Council with Residents representatives (Croxted Road Residents Association), to which Helen Hayes MP was invited, on these dates:
24 January 2022 21 March 2022
TfL does not hold minutes of any of these minutes. The meetings were not minuted by TfL staff, nor are we aware of any other participant taking minutes.
