Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 28th April 2022 asking for London Underground service manager’s reviews and incident reviews.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
Specifically you asked:
“I would like to be provided with the service manger’s daily review in conjunction with summary of incident review for the following lines: Jubilee , Northern and Metropolitan lines for the dates: 21st, 23rd,25th,26th,27th of February 2022.

I can confirm that we hold the information you require. The requested documents can be found in the folder attached. Note that a small number of redactions have been made under section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act, the exemption that protects against the unfair release of personal data.
In answer to your second question, for London Underground’s fleet this depends on the type of bodywork repair in question. For all structural bodywork (for example, floor repairs, impact damage - i.e. buffer strikes - and crack management) is completed in-house. However, some other bodywork repairs (for example glazing repairs/replacements, bodyside paintwork, and floor lino) are typically contracted out.
