Hi for the Overground on the Crystal Palace line, can you please tell me the average punctuality rate in terms of the number of cancellations of a service divided by the number of times that service runs over the Q1 2019 period. Can you please also do that for the West Croydon line.

You asked for the average punctuality rate in terms of the number of cancellations of the Crystal Palace and West Croydon branches of the London Overground divided by the number of times that service runs over the Q1 2019 period.
