You asked

I would like to make a formal freedom of information request in relation to the contingencies put in place this evening to deal with the reported points failure at Gidea Park. Please could you let me know which services that were scheduled to stop at Forest Gate travelling to and from Liverpool Street did not call there this evening between 17:00 and 19:00. Please could you also let me know which other stations had services cancelled during this time, where trains did run, but did not call at the stations where they would normally stop. To clarify if there was an amended schedule this evening because of the problems on the line you could usefully answer this differently by detailing each of the services that actually ran during this period and which stations they actually stopped at.

Thank you for your email received by us on 25 April 2017 asking for information about which train services via Liverpool Street were scheduled to stop at Forest Gate but did not from 17:00-19:00 on 25 April.
