a) How many free trips have been offered by TfL through this scheme for refugees arriving from Ukraine since the scheme went live? (announced here: https://www.nationalrail.co.uk/ukr-travel.aspx) b) Does TfL have any targets or guidance as to the total (or average/ day) free trips offered as a way to evaluate the effectiveness of the scheme for the first three months that it runs?

Thank you for your request received on 27 April 2022 asking for information about travel for refugees arriving from Ukraine.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we do not hold the information you require. You asked:

a)         How many free trips have been offered by TfL through this scheme for refugees arriving from Ukraine since the scheme went live? (announced here: https://www.nationalrail.co.uk/ukr-travel.aspx)

We do not hold this information as we are not recording the number of free trips given. 

b)         Does TfL have any targets or guidance as to the total (or average/ day) free trips offered as a way to evaluate the effectiveness of the scheme for the first three months that it runs?

We do not hold any targets or guidance in order to evaluate the effectiveness of the scheme.
