Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 23 April 2018 asking for information about Penalty Charge Notices PCNs.

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require.

The table below shows the amount of PCNs issued to vehicles observed entering and stopping in the yellow box junction when prohibited on City Road junction with Graham Street and Central Street. It also shows the amount of appeals made and how many of those appeals were successful. Appeals are made to an Independent Adjudicator following the rejection of a representation. The data for 2016 and 2017 is recorded between 1 January and 31 December for each year. However, the 2018 column shows the data collated between 1 January 2018 to 20 April 2018.
