Thank you for the information in response to my FOI. Would you have, or are you in a position to disclose, the percentage of benefit to the mentioned pension schemes.
We answered
Our ref: FOI-0185-2324 Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 17 April 2023 asking for information about pension schemes.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act Regulations and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold the information you require. You asked for the percentage of benefit to our pension schemes.
The current contribution rates for the TfL Final Salary Pension Fund are employee 5% and employer 27.3% and for the TfL Savings for Retirement plan it is either employee 3% and employer 6% or employee 5% and employer 10% (under the Savings for Retirement Plan it is the employee who choses which rate to go for).
