You asked
Thank you for your reply to my FOI request asking for more detail of the information i would like, to this end as i did not get a copy of my original request to you from your web system so i do not know what extra information you require, for the purposes of my request i would like the following data;
Date range Vehicle type Number recorded
Feb 2020 Car
Van Lorry Bus
Mar 2020 Car Van Lorry Bus
April 2020 Car Van Lorry Bus
So quite simply using your recorded data from the congestion zone cameras, i would like to know how many of each vehicle type (as identified above) traveled, in each month, ie;
Feb 2020 Car 100000 Van 75000 Lorry 50000 Bus 25000
I am not concerned about emission types or any data that might identify any one just a simple total of each vehicle type, if you record a small cdv (transit connect) as a car, or if you record an ambulance as a lorry that will be acceptable. If you record any vehicle as "OTHER" please advise of those as well.

Our ref: FOI-0161-2021
Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 17 April 2020 asking for information about Congestion Charging.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold some of the information you require.
While we record the number of vehicles entering the Congestion Charging zone, we do not record the vehicle type.
Please find attached total vehicle captures in the zone from 1 February to 20 March 2020. The scheme was suspended on 20 March and therefore no data is available after this date.
If this is not the information you are looking for, or if you are unable to access it for some reason, please do not hesitate to contact me.
The Government has announced a series of measures to tackle the Coronavirus. It is essential for London, and in particular for all critical workers, that we continue to provide a safe transport network that enables them to make the journeys they need to.
In current circumstances, we are not able to answer FOI requests readily and we ask that you please do not make a request to us at present.
Answering FOI requests will require the use of limited resources and the attention of staff who could be supporting other essential activity. In any event, please note that our response time will be affected by the current situation.
If you are not satisfied with this response please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to appeal.
Yours sincerely
