Thank you for your request received on 1 May 2020 asking for information about Leman Street.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we hold some of the information you require.

We have not had any highway works that have changed the location provided. However, there have been a few highway works near that location over the years. If you are able to provide more information on the exact location of the accident we can look further to see if any of the highway works could have had an impact.

There have also been some works to the traffic signals at this location, most recently on 4 October 2019 when a signal pole was replaced.
