I am writing to ask for the number of 345s in service on the Liverpool Street to Shenfield route and the ratio of 345 : 315 workings on this route at the time of writing. Also, could you tell me the rate of roll-out of the Class 345s on this route and the percentage of the total order that are in service.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold the information you require.
You asked for the number of 345s in service on the Liverpool Street to Shenfield route and the ratio of 345 : 315 workings on this route at the time of writing. Also, you asked for the rate of roll-out of the Class 345s on this route and the percentage of the total order that are in service
At 15 April 2019 the number of Class 345 trains in passenger service on Liverpool St (LST) to Shenfield (SNF) was 10, with the ratio of Class 345 to 315 workings is ten Class 345 trains and eleven 315 trains and so the ratio is 10:11. For clarity each Class 345 train comprises one 7 Car Unit of 180m length, and each Class 315 train comprises two 4 Car Class 315 Units coupled together, 180m total length.
The rate of roll out of Class 345 on the LST to SNF route is as follows:
