You asked

I am student at London south bank university, on Tuesday the 26th of march 2019 I was unable to attend my exam due to severe disruptions on the central and northern line that morning. I've been asked by course director to provide evidence of the disruptions, in order to be able to sit the exam in the beginning of next month May. Please can you provide me with Information on disruptions that happened 26th march 2019 between 8:00-9:30am on the central and northern lines, or point in the right direction to obtain this information to provide as evidence in order to sit the exam.

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require.

I can confirm that there were disruptions on both the Northern line and Central line between 08:00 and 09:30 on 26 March 2019. Below are the 5 incidents recorded.

The main cause of delays on that day for the specified time was a planned passenger congestion trial to control overcrowding at Bank/Monument station. The crowding led to trains non-stopping at the station to control passenger levels, and would have had a knock on effect to services at other stations on both lines.
