Please can you provide me with the total cost of the PR: See It, Say It, Sorted Campaign with a breakdown of separate costs for each to its components, e.g. voice announcement, posters etc.
Please would you also advise if the cost was shared with any partner agencies (e.g. the British Transport Police)

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 17 April 2018 asking for information about the cost of the See It, Say It, Sorted Campaign.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold the information you require.
The costs incurred are for printing, storage and distribution of posters with a small cost for recording announcements
In fiscal year 2017/18 print, storage and distribution costs were £13,388.22
Announcements recording and distribution were £678.50
In fiscal year 2018/ 19 print, storage and distribution to date is £2446.50
Total to date – £16,513.22
Artwork was supplied to us by the Department for Transport so no costs were incurred for campaign creation as we were adopting an existing campaign.
Artwork edits to add TfL logo were done in house so were free of charge.
Metro travel page adapts and supply were done in house so free of charge.
