Thank you for your requests received by Transport for London (TfL) on 13 April 2019 asking for information about Highway Asset Management.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy.
The Freedom of Information Act allows you to request recorded information that we hold. Although your request can take the form of a question, rather than a request for specific documents, TfL does not have to answer your question if it would require the creation of new information or the provision of a judgement, explanation, advice or opinion that was not already recorded at the time of your request.
Under FOI we are unable to complete your surveys as requested. If you wish to send us specific questions relating to these topics directly we will answer these if the information is recorded. You can do this by emailing us direct at [email protected] or via the FOI page on our website. Alternatively our Customer Services may be able to assist you further with these surveys. Their contact details are available here: https://tfl.gov.uk/help-and-contact/
If you are not satisfied with this response please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to appeal.
Yours sincerely
