I refer to the reply email from your team (attached) which confirms that there were works at the time of the collison dated March 2020.
A40 Western Avenue
As the other party in my case did not declare the works, I will need to prove if the works were relevant to the incident.
For this reason can you send all and any details of the works on Western Avenue in March 2020 as we would like to identify
1. if the works were an obstruction on the route (did it extend into the road or not?)
2. What was the obstruction if any?
3. were there signs that were shown on the route to ensure that drivers knew there was an obstruction or not?
4. Did it cause any issue to one or more lanes?
4. Any other information that would be relevant / helpful please.
