TfL Ref: 0122-1718
Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 18 April 2017 asking for information about the latest copy of the Road Safety Audit (RSA) for the South Circular A205 between Putney and East Sheen.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy.
Unfortunately we do not hold the information you have requested.
An RSA is an evaluation of a scheme rather than a stretch of road. These are carried out during the detailed design of a scheme, then at implementation and one year and three years post implementation.
The stretch of the A205 South Circular between Putney and East Sheen is a long stretch of road (see map below) and as such we do not have a scheme that covers its entirety. There is one scheme proposed on this stretch in East Sheen but this is still in the feasibility stage and not yet far enough through the process to have had its first RSA.
Please accept our apologies that we are unable to assist you further on this occasion.
Please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to appeal.
Yours sincerely
Sara Thomas
