You asked
Dear TfL,
I hope you're well. I am writing to request the Environmental Impact Assessment (EVA) report and associated emails exchanged in relation to work carried out by the Metropolitan Police Service Traffic Police in Lewisham. The officers listed below have confirmed that the submission of the EVA report to TfL was completed over the last couple of weeks and the EVA report would have contained recommendations in relation to Hither Green Lane.
The officers that may have submitted the emails/responses to TfL and who produced the EVA report would likely have been Sergent xxx ([email protected]) and/or Sergent xxx ([email protected])
In Summary:
1.) Can I please obtain a copy of the EVA Report for Hither Green Lane
2.) Can I also have a copy of the covering email that accompanied the EVA report submission
3.) Can I also have copies of any correspondance between TfL and the Police in relation to the EVA for Hither Green Lane
Thanks in advance,

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 9 April 2024 asking for an Environmental Impact Assessment - Hither Green Lane.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Environmental Information Regulations and our information access policy.
We have carried out reasonable searches across different TfL teams who may have received this audit, and carried out a search for any relevant emails received from the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS), both on the named Sergeant’s email addresses and broader emails from the MPS.
Whilst we have searched extensively, we have not been able to locate this report or associated correspondence, and therefore it seems probable that it has not been received by TfL. You may wish to ask the MPS if they can provide you with a copy.
If you are not satisfied with this response please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to appeal.
Yours sincerely
